This accessory offers shorter spikes than the standard 7" set which comes with original purchase of SL17 Railey Light and the standard 7" set of three that comes with original purchase of the Eagle Claw. 

The set of 3" 316 stainless steel spikes allow for lower mounting and is more suitable for certain terrain. 

Set of two can be used for variation and lower mounting of the SL17 Railey Light. 

Set of three can be used for lower mounting (3" variation) of Eagle Claw Stake.
